Caldwell: Yates memo addresses inconsistencies in approach to prosecuting individuals
Some two weeks after publication of the Yates memo, DoJ criminal division head Leslie Caldwell told GIR Live New York that companies wanting to qualify for cooperation credit are expected to identify culpable individuals and hand over all relevant evidence it has access to.
