Brazil’s securities regulator considers clawback provisions after fraud scandal

An official at Brazil’s Securities and Exchange Commission said that one of the country’s largest-ever fraud cases has created a “tsunami” of work at the agency, and that it is “looking into” requiring companies to introduce clawback provisions.
