BBC lawyer: UKBA makes foreign newsgathering "very difficult"

BBC editorial legal head Valerie Nazareth said the UK’s Bribery Act has complicated newsgathering in many parts of the world, according to the Press Gazette. Speaking at a conference last week, she said reporters in certain countries often have to make tough decisions.
