Barclays and Credit Suisse enter dark pool settlement negotiations
Barclays and Credit Suisse are trying to negotiate settlements with the New York attorney general, Eric Schneiderman, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission over the way they used their dark pools – a private exchange allowing investors to trade securities without orders being visible to others – according to The Wall Street Journal.
