Authors of extractive industry disclosure rule tell SEC to hurry up

Two US senators have urged the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to speed up the implementation of a provision of the Dodd-Frank Act, which will require US-listed extractive industry companies to publicly publish their payments to governments.
