Alstom and US say former executive’s discovery demand is illegal in France
French engineering company Alstom and the United States say it would be burdensome, unnecessary and illegal to produce potential evidence located in France for the upcoming foreign bribery trial of Lawrence Hoskins, a former executive for the French engineering company, GIR just Anti-Corruption reported on Friday 16 October.
