Sigal Mandelker is a Partner in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP. She is a member of Proskauer’s White Collar Defense & Investigations, Securities Litigation, and Privacy practice groups. Sigal’s practice includes a wide range of civil and criminal matters, including representing corporate clients, Board of Directors and Audit Committees, and individuals in connection with Department of Justice investigations, SEC and related enforcement matters, FCPA, securities litigation, health care litigation, corporate internal investigations, and cyber security matters. Sigal previously served in a number of high-ranking positions at the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, including as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and as Counselor to Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff. She also served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York. Sigal clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas on the U.S. Supreme Court ad Judge Edith Jones on the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
