Sarah Dowd is an associate in Miller & Chevalier's Litigation Department, focusing on cartel investigations and litigation, white collar defense and complex litigation.
Ms. Dowd received a JD from New York University School of Law, cum laude, in 2015 and received a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with honours, in 2010. At New York University School of Law, Ms Dowd was a Nationals competitor for the Moot Court Board. For her oral and written appellate advocacy, she was awarded the Orison S Marden Competition Advocacy Award and admitted to the Order of the Barristers. Ms. Dowd worked as a Research Assistant focusing on the right to counsel in both the civil and criminal context. She also earned the Weinfeld Prize for Scholarship in Procedure and Courts for her writing on state sovereign immunity in federal court.
